We work directly with you or your retail partner to schedule delivery. Your customer receives advance notice by phone, text, or email with a confirmed delivery window.
Step 2 — Pick Up
Our crew picks up the furniture from your warehouse, distribution center, retail location, or LTL carrier hub — wherever it's waiting.
Step 3 — Deliver with Care
Our uniformed, trained 2-person team arrives on time. We protect floors, doorways, and walls. We navigate stairs, hallways, and tight spaces without damage.
Step 4 — Place, Assemble & Clean Up
Furniture goes exactly where your customer wants it. We assemble all pieces, test for stability, and remove every bit of packaging before we leave.
Step 5 — Confirm & Sign Off
Your customer inspects the delivery and confirms satisfaction. We provide delivery confirmation and can integrate with your order management system.
